Outlines expectations, code of conduct, and commitments for both players and parents throughout the season. Must be signed and returned.
Cheer Banquet Form
End-of-season banquet registration for cheerleading families. Complete and return to your coach by the deadline communicated in your BAND group.
Football Banquet Form
End-of-season banquet registration for Flag and 3rd–6th grade football families. Complete and return to your coach by the announced deadline.
